Terms & Conditions

• Zapp Laser Studio operates a strict 72 hour cancellation policy.
• A £50 deposit will be paid at the time of booking a new Consultation and covers the cost of that Consultation.
• If a client cancels or reschedules within 72 hours of their appointment or fails to attend their appointment, they will lose their £50 deposit.
• Following the Consultation, if a client wishes to book their first treatment, they can choose to purchase a course of treatments, pay in advance for that next treatment or pay another £50 deposit which will be credited to the cost of that first treatment.
• If a client cancels or reschedules within 72 hours or fails to attend their first appointment, they will lose their £50 deposit.
• Payment Plan – If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 72hrs of a client’s appointment or if they fail to attend, a fee of £50 is payable. This can either be paid in full up front before rebooking that appointment, or it will be deducted from the payments that have already been made as part of the payment plan.
• Course of Treatments – If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 72hrs of a client’s appointment or if they fail to attend, a fee of £50 is payable. This can either be paid in full up front before rebooking that appointment or the treatment will be deducted from their course of treatments.
• A patch test is required prior to any of our laser treatments.
• It is vitally important that you protect the treatment area from UV exposure. The treatment area must remain your natural skin colour for all treatments. If UV exposure has occurred inside the treatment area, then that treatment cannot take place and the cost of that treatment will be either due or not refunded.
• All prices include VAT.
